I used bulger instead of rice tonight. Quite tasty. I don't think the kids noticed much of a difference.

or more accurately super thin sliced beef (to make a cheap cut edible) marinated and stir fried with sauteed mushrooms and onions, brown rice, green beans, artichokes, and balsamic dijon vinegrette.

Not bad for a Saturday night. Sure beats pizzetti.
